Description
Knauf Plasterboard Adhesive is a multi purpose adhesive used to direct bond Knauf plasterboards and Knauf insulating laminates to common clay brickwork and blockwork, majority of concrete blockwork, no-fines concrete, metal lath and plasterboard.
Features & benefits
- Sometimes also referred to as Bonding Compound, for extremes in substrate conditions use with Knauf High Suction Plaster Primer or Knauf Betokontakt
- Applied using the ‘dot and dab’ method, each bag is estimated to cover approximately 4.6m² of board
- Shelf life of up to 4 months
- Should not be used with moisture-resistant board (eg Knauf Moisture Panel) or vapour check boards (eg Knauf Vapour Panel)
- High bond strength and reliability
